The Nelson Team is the best! In terms of selling, they are great at staging, price setting, negotiations, and more. In terms of buying, they will really take the time to guide you and not just agree with your novice judgment. They're not just contract/fee administrators like some other realtors. They treat you like family and make it fun.

The Nelsons helped us find our first home. They were incredibly professional and kind throughout the process and always ready to move quickly for our best interest (even after hours, when we needed to close past 6pm). Weve come to consider them family and have recommended them to work colleagues moving into Denver. We wouldnt work with any other realtor and will be calling on them again when we are ready to sell/purchase again. Truly amazing team!

We love the Nelson team! We were looking to sell our home fast and fair for an out-of-state move, and Zac and his team made it happen. This was our first home-selling experience, and I asked the team to guide us through every bit of it, and we never once felt led astray or in the dark. Communication was above and beyond. The Nelson team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly approachable. During our first meeting, when Kathy said we were going to feel like family before the end of the process, she wasnt joking! We cant thank Zac and the entire team enough for giving us such a positive experience during what should have been a very stressful time.
