Denver Public Library: Park Hill Branch Library

Great place for kids and adults.

It was quiet and peaceful, especially with the little fireplace in the back room. Great place to come and do some work.

Its a great library. Although, there's a lot of homeless from Colfax & downtown that come reside near the outdoor seating and in the alley.

This a really old, and beautiful library with old fashioned fixtures. It wasn't very busy or crowded when I went. Pretty quiet. Staff was neither friendly nor rude. Just kept to themselves mostly. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the building was fairly warm (not a good thing in the summer) to the point I was starting to sweat, and there is no wheelchair access that I saw. We came to use our laptops and there was plenty of comfortable seating with access to outlets, which is exactly what we needed. Pretty decent collection of books and misc, and I really liked some of the cute signs, including a reference to Oompa Loompas, and one for LGBTQIA+ pride (which even had an ace flag on it.)

Very helpful staff. This library is awesome. The reading room. Kids running around looking at Books! This is a family friendly place. The technology assistants are fantastic.
