Dr. Heather LaChance has truly helped me change my life. Her methodology - an intervention called energy psychology, which uses the bioenergetic system of the body - has helped me to address core matters of self-improvement, allowing me to continually focus on personal growth and actualization.
Her manner is calm, compassionate, and considered. I look forward to each of my sessions, for their therapeutic benefit and because Dr. LaChance is delightful to work with.

Dr. LaChance is first and foremost a genuinely compassionate, patient person with a heart for healing. She creates a safe, gentle space where one can finally find peace, self-acceptance, and lasting change.. Dr. LaChance continues to help me see myself and my concerns from a completely new perspective. She has lent me her wisdom and has taught me practices that enrich my life daily. She is truly a gift.
