        Honestly, 0/5 if it would let me. Therapist set an appointment and didn't show up after requiring patients to sign a "cancellation policy" requiring 24 hours notice. They promised referrals, but I can't get ahold of anyone. You call the number and it just sends you back to the website and email. Someone needs to set things straight because patients should not pay for "missed appointment fees" out of pocket or charged to insurance because their therapists can't show up to scheduled appointments.
