Couldn't view or even apply for apartment depite just myself making 3x income, great rental history, no evics, and passed their credit score required. Reason they gave is my gf's credit score is to low, yeah she came from a small town and is just 23, she don't have credit yet.

Absolutely amazing experience with Blue Creek Management. I rented with them for two years and every interaction was professional, kind, and efficient! I cant believe they have any bad reviews since this has been the best company Ive rented from in my life. I only moved out because I was heading to the UK. I would definitely rent from them again!

It seems like the negative reviews are from people with limited experience with this company, and are likely just disappointed with the competition of renting in Denver. It's unfortunate that people tend to be mostly vindictive or disingenuous with a lot of reviews. I rented from this company for almost 2 years and had a great experience and sometimes miss the area. My apartment was clean and rented at a fair price, and the customer service was great. I do wish the apartment would have had a dishwasher, or in-unit laundry, but that's a tall order for apartment living in an in-demand market and realistically out of my price point. Despite the quirks of an older building with classic charm, and maybe just apartment living in general, I feel dealing with the good management made my stay more enjoyable. My friends have had notable bad experiences with other property management companies cornering the market in Denver and terrible customer service in comparison, so I count myself lucky.

Scam. They take multiple applications for a place just to get more money even when they could quickly tell if an applicant qualifies. Dont bother wasting your money
