Pamela with Brinkerhoff Property Management oversaw the rental we lived in while in Denver. She was so helpful and responsive when we needed her. We ended up needing to break our lease early due to moving for a job. She was very understanding and helpful through the process. The company did a great job maintaining where we lived and if anything came up (which wasnt often!) it was resolved quickly. Once we moved out, I realized we left something in the house that held a lot of sentimental value. Pamela took the time to send it back to us. I would definitely recommend Pamela and her company to anyone!

Applied online on their Website and never heard from them paid for myself and my husbands app $40 a piece and sent all the required information, then an email follow up request . Never heard a word. I mean if you dont get approved they could at least tell you why or that you didnt or how you can or anything really instead of making you feel like you completely wasted $80 bucks. I feel Iike I just handed a stranger some money and walked away . Complete waste of money . And I was hesitant to apply at any of these prop management companies because they are usually difficult to work with but, this one had great reviews but, I dont know how. ***update. I finally received an email response on February 25th. Five days after I applied to the email I sent requesting an update. I was advised that the minimum credit score of 650 and cannot be over written that is not posted in their qualifications before you apply so Im just putting that so people know before they spend their money she did say It cant be overridden, so if you do not have a credit score of at least 650 do not spend your money to apply.
