ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! MANAGEMENT IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE AND IF SHE IS SHE'S NOT HELPFUL. $1500/MONTH AND NO HEAT. BELOW FREEZING TEMPS IN OKC. NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE # OR ANYTHING

If I could give this business a -10 I would. I just learned that they were formerly Denver Realty Group. We rented an apartment through them that regret so much. The property was poorly managed, the city inspectors were always there because of code violations. Our service requests were always overlooked and never even looked at. We would go several days without warm water more than once were without heat for several days at a time. There were broken windows that never got fixed, our vehicles would get vandalized, our apartment was broken in to, wild parties every day of the week, gunshots at all hrs of the nigh, the police was always there. We went to management too many times finally the manager told us to just leave because there was nothing that they could do about it because Denver Realty Group was in the middle of changing their name, which explains why I was never able to get ahold of anyone. I left multiple voice mails for Barbara who was the person in charge of this complex. She never called me back. We finally made the decision to move out. Our kids were always scared, we were always scared too. We were taken to court and when we spoke with their lawyers they said " as long as you are out by the 6th of the month we will not take any legal actions against you " We told them everything that had happened in to us in the short period we lived there and for a minute I believed they sympathized with us, they really looked concerned to learn what was going on at one of their properties. I showed them videos and photos of how nice and clean I left the unit which they agreed it looked way better than when we moved it. We also told them that we had been out of the apartment well over 1 month from the court date. Showed them signed paperwork form from when we turned in our keys. They were very apologetic and said everything was good and for us not to worry about anything that they were closing the case and it would NOT show up on our credit report. GUESS WHAT? we recently learned they did put it on our report and now I can't get ahold of anyone at Denver Realty Group. Now I can't rent anywhere because these people lied to my face about not taking any legal or negative action. My kids and I are stuck and crowded room because this place shows up on our credit report. But now that I know this is their new name I will be looking into taking legal action. DO NOT RENT from this agency. By the way the property we lived at was Fitzimons Junction in Aurora Co. Wish I would've read their reviews before signing the lease. Someone please advise on how I can go about getting this removed from our credit.

Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY to manage your property. I hired them back in 2019 to manage a condo that I owned. I sold the property in 2020 and three years after I sold the property they are demanding money due to a mismanagement of funds, which is an error on their part, not on mine. I hired this company to lease and manage my property, which includes the management of funds, and they failed to do so and think its acceptable to come after someone three years later.
