I have been working with Denvery Real Estate Moguls to manage two of my rental properties for over a year. They have been outstanding to work with. I had been dissatisfied with two other property mgmt firms before I followed a recommendation and tried DREM. Sean and Tasha have been great; they are responsive, professional, knowledgeable, communicate well, and most of all are flexible. My tenants are also happier. I would highly recommend them. They are small enough to provide personal service but large enough to have good processes in place and a network of contacts for prompt maintenance/repair services.

DREM has managed a rental home on my behalf for over two years and I would recommend them if youre looking for a property manager. They stay on top of maintenance, are helpful advisors, and are strong partners throughout the rental process.

My husband and I have been actively searching for somewhere to call home with this company. We have been working with Tasha, which has been a phenomenal experience. While working with Tasha, she has been great about communicating all information upfront about the location and owners requests. The online website is user friendly when ready to make payments and sign lease. It's not easy relocating from another state with all the stressors of properly planning but somehow Tasha is making the other side of moving more easier for us.

I have not yet moved in but I wanted to share my experience so far- I have been looking for an apartment very religiously for quite a while. This was the quickest, most responsive, most professional experience Ive had by far. The rental process is very rigorous these days and this process has been such a relief. That alone sold me on living here. Thank you!
