Michele Esterley and Allison Weiss have been exceptional in their commitment and work ethic in our community. Michele has a lot on her plate in our community, however she has always made time to respond to my questions and ideas in a timely fashion. I have a lot of appreciation for Michele. Futher, when I have had HOA billing questions, Allison, has been very quick responding and very quick with finding a solution! Michele and Allison are assets to LCM and the communities they serve.

I dont know who gives them a good review ? They dont deserve any stars !!! I live on one of their properties for 20 years and they are the worst !

If I could rate this less, I would. A certain property HOA manager named Elizabeth Sweeney is a total joke. We have neighbors who park out in front in Visitor spots nearly 24/7, yet dont use their actual designated spots. Ive reported them multiple times, yet all I get is lousy responses, excuses, and now Im being harassed because my report (which mind you was supposed to be anonymous) was shared to everyone, including those I reported. And now, nothings being done and Ive been told that continued reports will be claimed as harassment and issues will occur. Do yourself a favor, if a property has a HOA by this company, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! They dont like you unless youre a personal friend of someone in their board.
