Jesse was introduced to me just shy of 12 months ago, he was the first point of contact after reaching out to renters warehouse. He walked me through the entire landlord/renting/ process with the upmost patience as well as professionalism. I was very skeptical and worried prior to the relationship I now have with Jesse. However he exceeded ALL expectations and doubt I once had in hiring a property management company. Renters warehouse will have ALL my business moving forward, as long as Jesse is representing me!!!! -John Emery

The process was fast and simple however it quickly became a complete nightmare once we moved in. Our move in date was February 11 with me officially moving in on the first of March when upon move in, the house had some serious plumbing issues. Everything was leaking (the toilets, the dishwasher and even the kitchen sink and garbage disposal ), we put work orders in and were slow to response. One of the toilets was barely holding water in the tank and we noticed it had a crack in it, we notified the maintenance team and they sent out a technician who said it was our (the residents) responsibility to repair the toilet and the water that was leaking from it had caused damage to the floor. This makes no sense to me since we had literally just moved in and have been having plumbing issues since day 1. I called Mariana as she left me a voicemail to tell me that they would provide us with vendors approved by the owner to do the repairs in which we would be responsible to cover payment. She then seemed to understand that we had just moved in and I thought we were finally getting somewhere, she said they would keep me updated after speaking with the owner. That was over three weeks ago with radio silence so I called her back as the bathroom as not been in use since and I cannot stay where I pay rent, she then told me that they were looking at the move in inspection to see if it was there at move in or if we broke it and in that case the owner wont be doing any repairs on it. I have never had to go through such headache at a place that I literally had just moved into before and I am very frustrated.
