Cleo not only helped with the paperwork, she helped explain each step so I knew what to expect. She was there to answer my questions, no matter how many times I asked the same one. She kept me informed of my case and where it was at and sent me reminders on things I needed to do. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I'd reccomend her to anyone.
