Someone at this post office has taken it upon themselves to return my mail and packages, marking them refused, and returning to sender. I have not refused any packages or mail. I have not moved, have not filed a change of address, and my husband and I have lived in this house for 20 years. Our names and address are in/on the box. Our house numbers are 6" tall beside the garage door. The worst part is repeatedly talking to the carrier, clerks and carrier supervisors at this post office, with promised return phone calls not returned and the issue continues. I also received an email from Angel advising she would look into the issue and respond, which never happened. Look up inefficiency in the dictionary. This post office is shown in the definition.

Always the slowest Post Office without fail. They always see tremendous volume but never seem to have the staff to deal with it. The staff are great, understanding and willing to help. The line is continuously out the door and somehow they can never seem to get a fourth teller or someone in management to come up front and help.

This Post Office fails to deliver on a consistent basis, stating "insufficient address" or marking parcels as "return to sender" when the address is precisely correct. I have had many troubles since I moved to this PO's territory.

I wish I could give them 10 Darren, Darryl, Wilson, Dan & the lovely young dark haired woman who works the front desk are wonderful! We are a family owned business & mail several hundred packages every week. We have had horrible experiences at several post offices in the area and will drive the extra 20 minutes out of the way to come here because everyone is so kind! Thank you all SO much for all you do

I honestly don't understand how they're still in business. For a week straight now the driver has Marked my house as a location he couldn't access instead of dropping of my package. Which is a lie. I don't have any dogs/animals or a fence. So he could always just walk up. I always have my porch light on,the driveway shoveled and I'm always waiting at the door at the time it supposed to arrive.And every day I see him pass by then mark my address as inaccessible wen he never stopped the van at all . And don't bother calling, they know the have bad service so they refuse to answer the phone.
