This place is either out of business or not bothering to return calls

Nation Rooter fixed our sewer line 2 years ago. We have been trying to contact them repeatedly and they will not return our calls. They said we needed to do a rooting every year. We are trying for 2 years now to have them do this service for us and they will not return our calls. Today we hired another company to do the service. This other plumbing company says they cannot do the rooting because the part was put in wrong. . What can we do if Rooter Nation will not return our calls? Service: Sewer repair

I have no idea who rooter nation plumbing is, but somebody was apparently using my account and wrote the following review: "On time, friendly and fixed our clogged drain quickly at the agreed upon $88 price. Rooter Nation was great!!" Be careful, this company may be hacking emails and writing good reviews for themselves.

I like working with these guys but they are definitely understaffed. The last few times I’ve called them, they have been completely booked up for over a week. They need to hire more staff if they can’t keep up with the workload. Though anytime that I have been able to use them, they have done a really good job
