My water heater had a massive leak and it needed to be replaced. I called Dennis at 10 am and he was at more door by 11:15 am that same day. They had the old water heater taken out and replaced within 1 1/2 when other companies said it would take 6 hours to complete the job. I will definitely use them again. Service: Installation

These guys come out...and they don't even know how to diagnose the problem. They were literally asking me what "error codes" the machine was giving me. Like I'm the technician and he's the customer. He couldn't figure out how to get error codes out of the machine. Then he left. Service: Water heater repair
