Worth It: Pelvic Health and Physical Therapy

I met Caroline almost 3 years ago when we were working for the same therapy agency. I absolutely loved being her co-worker because she put her clients needs and goals first. I actually recently had some muscle tightness and spasms impacting so much of my day and went and saw her for needling (I had so many fears, concerns, and skepticisms). But she walked me through it and actually started to inform me of her studies and research with needling. She was so intentional and provided me with options to target my needs. Lets just say, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed with needling!!! I definitely recommend her if needling is something you have tried in the past and did not have a good experience. I feel great now and she was so gentle and careful during my session!

Fellas I know it's kind of illegal for us to fall or go through something. This place is amazing I promise you you're safe here to heal. I would highly suggest this. Do it. Reach out. Heal. Hate to sound corny but it's totally worth it. For me it doesn't really hit until you're by yourself because we're so used to shutting everything down or out. You deserve to heal. Dr. Caroline is the best. Thank you...seriously thank you. I don't think there are words to express.

Had a great experience. Caroline always made appointments comfortable to express my health needs. She truly got me back on track after having 3 kids after seeing many other health professionals. Highly recommend her dry needling service.

Caroline is great! I saw her toward the end of pregnancy, and our discussion empowered me to ask to birth on my side and push while breathing out. My birth team was supportive, and I had an amazing, positive birth and recovery of a 9 lb 6 oz baby! I was told if I hadnt utilized these two strategies I probably would have torn much more than 2 degrees, and Im sure my pelvic floor would have needed a lot more support to heal, as it definitely did with my first birth! I just had my postpartum visit at 10 weeks postpartum and left with strategies and a plan to continue to close my DR and rib flare. So grateful for this positive birth experience which Caroline played a major part in!!

I have been working with Caroline for over half a year now and she has helped my pelvic floor return to a normal healthy state again. I have struggled with a hypertonic (overly tight) pelvic floor and was misdiagnosed by doctors for years before starting my PT journey. For men reading this, if you are diagnosed with prostatitis please consider pelvic floor PT therapy as a vital option as it is often misdiagnosed as "prostatitis". Caroline is very unique in comparison to other PTs as you get 90 minutes of care. She will look at your whole body to assess what could be contributing to your issues and is extremely thorough in her diagnoses. Not only has she helped me to heal but she is overall just a wonderful person. She has made me feel so cared for and comfortable throughout my healing process. I can not recommend her enough to anyone who is seeking this kind of treatment and believe me she is "Worth It"!
