Completely inconsiderate. I had an early morning appointment that I had gotten confirmation for and checked in online, then I arrived only to be told that my referral had been denied so if I wanted to keep my appointment I would have to pay for the whole thing out of pocket. There were no attempts to contact me before my appointment either by phone or the UCHealth app. Completely ridiculous.

Sarah poinski-McCoy is a miracle worker I call her the pelvic floor whisperer I was in terrible shape with my prolapse and she has made it better a million percent! When I was diagnosed with prolapse I never thought it would be fixed or back to normal everytime I go to an appointment she is always showing me new exercises or helping me to learn my pelvic floor exercise better, I cant express how great she is not to mention Ive never seen anyone care about their patients like Sarah does!!!! I am so thankful for her she has helped me get back to normal I cant thank her enough I feel so much better!!!! Im able to go to the bathroom everyday all because she helps her patients and teaches them how to better themselves. She is a miracle worker in general and The pelvic floor whisper thank you Sarah for helping me and thousands of others youre highly APPRECIATED!!!!!! Thanks again for all that you do your absolutely wonderful!!!!!!

Continuing PT with Jaime who is excellent. Everyone here is always very pleasant. I am getting better and would definitely recommend Jaime to others.
