Alicia Patterson is amazing and a catalyst for life changing work within the womens pelvic health field - and if you get a chance to experience her work personally then jump at the opportunity as you won't regret it.

As a holistic pelvic health physical therapist, I am so honored to have worked with Alicia. She brings a very unique lens to honoring the female body and working with the pelvis as a somatic therapy practitioner. The work is well-paced, empowering, and nourishing on so many levels. Her ability to hold space working as a psychotherapist trained in trauma and a manual therapist trained in the physicality and energetics of the pelvic bowl is such a needed integration right now. I highly recommend her work for anyone in a female body who knows that their pelvic bowl is calling them home but does not know how to engage due to stuckness from trauma, shame, or other pelvic story challenges.

Alicia is such a beautiful healer, and I'm so grateful to have worked with her. As a fertility specialist and "womb worker" myself, I worked more from an external point of view, supporting women in their fertility journeys via acupuncture, herbs and womb massage. I felt called to begin guiding women on womb journeys, but felt my own "blocks" and even a little bit of "imposter syndrome." Like, who am I to do this magical work? As much as I supported women in connecting with their wombs, I felt slightly disconnected from my own. Alicia helped me really sink in to that space, and uncover that fear of being persecuted for doing this womb work. She even helped me connect to and release some pain I had been feeling in my left (feminine side) hip for over ten years. After working with Alicia, I feel more trust in my own ability to connect with my womb deeply and, in doing so, support other women in connecting more deeply with theirs.

Alicia is AMAZING. Her energy, presence and personality make you feel so incredibly comfortable right off the bat. You can tell that she is so incredibly passionate about the work she does. It is so inspiring and motivating being around her. In my first session with Alicia, I was very nervous because I have never done this type of work before but she made me feel so at ease. She creates such a safe space to talk and explore. I would definitely recommend seeing Alicia. Working with her is such a gift.

Alicia exudes an energy that is immediately disarming and warm. She has been an inspiration and great help to me and my struggles. She is comforting, kind, and incredibly relatable. She makes you feel heard and understood and offers a fountain of support and resources. I would recommend working with Alicia especially if you are a person who is typically wary of others, as I am. Her presence and the way she shows up for her work proves that she is a trustworthy and truthful individual which means everything in the type of work she provides.
