Horrible experience, my 2 yr old daughter would’ve been with out her medicine because these people kept telling me her medicine was processing. When they hadn’t even requested it from her previous doctor! They told me on the phone that they did and it was being made and they would Call me to pick it up. Never called, I called the next day turned out after 3 days of going back and forth they never had her prescription.
I canceled everything & went to a different pharmacy.

Wow. So after waiting on hold for quite a while, I'm told that they are not accepting new patients unless they are taking one of like these five different medications that I've never even heard of. When I asked if there was a certain time they do or don't accept new patients I was told nope we just don't accept them unless they're taking one of those... Just came off as being really snobby and wasted quite a bit of my time to do so.

Closed at this location PERMANENTLY. You think they’d inform the doctors so they are removed from the list of options.

This is the worst company. My wife and I were on an IVF calendar and ordered expensive medications from Avella. They mailed them to the wrong state, barely apologized for their mistake, and told us we’d just have to reorder and be charged again for another order of medications. IVF is a very time sensitive process, so this was not only inconvenient, but scary. It has been almost a month and they still haven’t reimbursed us for their mistake. It’s so frustrating. DO NOT use this pharmacy if you are on a time sensitive IVF calendar.
