CVS Pharmacy

Won't answer the phone, never has stock, CVS is understaffing this pharmacy.

Location is great. Customer service and delays are horrible! They dont actually have meds on location so they ship them from Texas. Sorry, if they dont get them for weeks you can call your doctor and have them send it somewhere else, unless its a controlled substance and you can only get them on a schedule. Then you are just out of luck that they waited so long to fill it - or not. Good thing this location is closing. Its worthless.

As many of the reviewers below, I cannot stress how difficult it is to work with this pharmacy!! At the pharmacist with curly hair and glasses, this man always has an attitude and has such a hostile attitude towards us as consumers. Ive tried to reason with him over the phone but he always ends up with some excuse of sorry we are short staffed. CVS corporate needs to get involved here. Theres been multiple times when the pharmacy is CLOSED and even Target employees inside the store seem confused as to why this is happening too often recently. I hope things change for the better soon.

Sadly, its time to share, this CVS has been great in the past, but the last few encounters have not been good. Unfriendly staff and unexpected closer didnt help when we really needed my sons Rx. After calling our pediatrician (after hours), they quickly transferred the Rx to Walgreens. We had better luck and a wonderful experience with their team (off of colfax and krameria). The pharmacist was super empathetic and filled it right away.
