I would like to say that at first I did have a bad experience with this company ,but I did have management help out and make the experience better they took their time To come into home and take care of everything that was needed to get done I will like to thank Shellie for coming in personal here self and another partner of here's , and having the best communication regarding the process in to my home my home is doing way better and hope it continues to do so but I know that I could count on Shellie and Orkin if needed thank you for making things and experience better!!!

I have had a bed bug problem at an apartment owned by silva-markham, When I called to get an exterminator they sent me Rob and Vanessa from orkin, What a joke! The both of them are some of the laziest people I've ever dealt with. I had cameras up in my house And recorded the entire supposed extermination that lasted 12 minutes and Vanessa Didn't even have a mask covering her nose What kind of Extermination doesn't Require a mask? She literally had a Spray bottle in her hand and she sprayed 2 squarts in this corner 2 squirts in that corner and that was pretty much it. She was so lazy She didn't even bend down one time not to look at the baseboards the electrical outlets let alone spray them. Thank God I didn't have to pay them money out of my pocket. I did however have to pay a real exterminator a week later Because she did nothing the 2 separate times she was in my house. I don't know how the 2 of them even have a job because I wouldn't pay them 50 cents. They give orkin a very bad name!

Not happy at all this is the 2nd time in 4 visits they exterminator was earlier then the scheduled time. The first time I had this problem they said it would not happen again and they even made sure I was scheduled at the times someone would be available. The guy showed up an hour before he was supposed to and never came back and they still charge me full price for the visit. It would be one thing if I was late but I was not I was here before the scheduled window and nobody showed up. I looked at my security cameras and the guy was here a hour early and never came back. Would not recommend Orkin to anyone. Terrible customer service! I wish I could get this great 5 star service that most of the people are saying they got. Services: Spider extermination, Rodent extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination
