Almost every single time I have had a scheduled appointment for them to come out and spray they have called for one reason or another and rescheduled. I take off in order to accommodate my spray so that they can get into the garage and get into my backyard because of my dogs, which cost me a lot of money to get a house spray and then they dont show up and call me a half an hour to my scheduled time and have to reschedule. This is not acceptable.

Didnt feel like I was getting anything for the cost of regular service. Called to cancel and was told they couldnt cancel without someone else calling me back to discuss. Sketchy business practices, additional pest problems developed under their care, 1/5 experience, would not recommend.

Better off on your own. I contacted them for a cockroach problem in my kitchen. After spending the better part of the previous day going through the preparation list they provided which included removing every thing from my kitchen and covering it in plastic and arranging for all of the pets to be out of the house for the day, the company contacted me at 10am on the day of my appointment and attempted to postpone for 3 days. I was able to convince them that I really did not want to undo all of my prep work just to have to do it again 3 days later so they eventually sent someone out. The work they did took less than 15 minutes. The guy walked around the kitchen and sprayed an aerosol can I could have bought at home depot as well as an ugly black liquid he applied in a few places. The company claimed they would be back again the next week for a follow up sweep but I never heard from them again. Since then, the problem has gotten much worse and I have elected to hire other services.
