        The online video Pilates and Power Stretch classes that Nicole offers are fun, challenging and full of variety. Nicole is an exceptional trainer and I am so glad she agreed to offer these classes. Its wonderful to be able to workout without leaving home.

        Nicole is a very friendly and knowledgeable trainer. The one on one sessions is just what I needed so that I could become comfortable with the gym equipment and also develop a training regimen that was feasible for me to take on. This has really helped jump start my trek towards a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend this place.
