I started working with Joe when I was 65 and it didnt take long for me to prove to myself what I already knew.I had some work to do!!! I am so glad I started. Since then, Joe has never let me give up on myself, encouraged me, supported me, and I began to feel a difference in my daily activities. Now, that we are forced to postpone our workouts because of our unique year 2020, I cant wait to get back to my workouts with Joe!!!! It made a difference in my life!!! I have been working out with Joe for almost 2 years now. My muscle tone and posture have improved exponentially. After several years of health issues I actually feel better than I have since my 30s. Joe is also so encouraging and that has helped me to stick with the program and even make it a priority on my calendar. Hiring Joe as my trainer has been a great decision!

I've always been an on or off exerciser, never sticking to a routine. Joe's system has been a God send for my fitness. So doable and non-intimidating that I actually show up! I've lost 25 pounds and my body has never been so strong. Everyone should see Joe and see how efficient his exercise system is. Thank you Joe!!
