Loved one on one sessions very happy with no one else in the gym but the person he is training so he can totally focus on whats your wants and needs are as far as building muscle, mass and nutrition. As far as I am concerned, one of the best trainers Ive ever had.

Rick is a great trainer, very professional, and thoughtful about his approach. I have been training for over a year with great results and maintaining my weight - even with my sweet tooth. Training is one on one in his studio, so the focus is on his clients. I would definately recommend Rick.
