We drive 40 minutes to this clinic because they are so great. Dr Andrews is an amazing pediatrician and has expertly guided us through some difficult times :)

I'm grateful for the exceptional care my son receives from Dr. Jasper at this clinic. However, the nurses' lack of maturity and professionalism has made the visits less pleasant. During my last visit, the nurse assisting us seemed impatient with weighing and temperature checks on my 4-year-old. It was unprofessional and disrespectful to an extend when her facial expression implied impatience when giving 3 vaccination shots to my 4 year old. It's unrealistic to expect a mother to magically make a toddler cooperate in these situations - what would make it normal is to show empathy and compassion - which the doctors at this place do very well, just the nurses are unpleasant to deal with. I hope the nursing staff receives appropriate training on dealing with children and their accompanying parents.

Do not listen to them when they say your baby is covered the first 30days. Do some research, and call your insurance to get educated right. They told us over multiple visits in out newborns first month. Even asking us to show up a week before our next appointment to keep better track of baby. Which of course we would do. Now we are stuck with all the payments out of pocket, and they can't seem to communicate with insurance correctly. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Also one guy pediatrician referred us to the milk allergic formula for baby spit up? Terrible as well.

Cherry Creek Pediatrics is staffed with arrogant people. They called us and said our insurance have a problem while we are on the way to this place for my 2 yrs old daughters appointment! Shame on you guys you should learn how time is valuable to others. If there is an issue you should let your clients know about it a head of time. I literally dont recommend them they have such incompetent staff overall.
