Greenwood Pediatrics Littleton

The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly and we wanted to love this office. However, their approach to medicine is not very holistic and it seems they get a lot of their information from the formula companies that leave free samples for patients in the lobby. I'm very glad I got a second opinion about the information they were telling me, as it's clear that they have an enormous bias. If you're breastfeeding, and the success of it is important to you then I would recommend finding a different pediatrician.

I've been taking my daughter here for a few years now and we have been VERY happy with Dr. Newgent & Emily. Really appreciate the care they take with her. Sure the office is busy and sometimes it's hard to call and get someone, but I would expect that at a high quality/popular pediatrician- we've never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from someone and when my daughter had a ruptured ear drum they got us in the same day and I was so thankful not to have to take her to an ER or urgent care. Thank you Greenwood!!!

My husband and I have been with Greenwood Pediatrics since our little ones birth six months ago. Greenwood came to Littleton Adventist when Theo was born, and have been extremely helpful ever since then. Weve been seeing Dr. Emma, and have been extremely happy with her knowledgable and research-based approach. She is also very kind and empathetic. We get excited for every visit to discuss Theos growth chart and to ask a long list of questions. Dr. Emma answers all of our questions in detail and never makes us feel rushed. Were very happy here.

If I could give Zero stars I would. You are told when making an appointment that you will receive a reminder. I never received a remind for my last appointment and they tried to charge me. when I called to let them know i didn't receive a reminder for my appointment that I booked 6 months in advance, the manager told me to " get a calendar" and that they are charging me. She was extremely rude and did not care to listen to me at all. would just interrupt me and tell me that she wasn't going to do anything about it. On top of that she said that I had missed multiple appointments and wasn't charged for those when I had never missed an appointment ever. I had their billing department call me and apologies for the miscommunication and that it was their fault and that they took the charges off but the manager told me she was not going to get it fixed. In addition to that, on multiple occasions I had called with concerns about my child's formula and every time they told me I would need an appointment if I was going to change anything. This place is only there for money. They are not concerns for the wellbeing of their patients. Will never recommend.
