LAZ parking is a joke of a company. Not only are there cameras inaccurate when taking documentation pictures for parking but they will also bold face ignore you when you bring up damaged and even malfunctioning equipment and cameras to them . For example cameras that are facing the ground instead of the parking lot entrance, making them totally useless and inaccurate. Yet they still enforce fines for parking in their lots when they clearly cannot prove that you did actually Park in their lot and we're not just driving through their lot to get to something else. Such as in my case because of the damaged equipment and malfunctioning cameras at there lots. Their staff is rude and definitely not courteous in any way and half the time does not even answer the phone to help you deal with issues with their company or to dispute parking violations. I mean I wasn't expecting them to bend over backwards to help me but I did at least expect them to be honest about the situation. LAZ Is Another great Colorado company out to make a buck off the backs of hard-working Colorado citizens in any way possibl. .(Update) I was lucky enough to locate the number for the Denver licensing commission and with their assistance I was able to get all fines and fees dropped by the company Time Park who actually owns the lot. I am unsure as to there business practices but I can say I was at least satisfied that the tickets were for dropped. The tickets were starting to add up to quite a bit of money. I no longer drive through this parking lot I would suggest to anyone who's considering driving through a parking lot not to do so because there's nothing but headaches and hassle. Once again kudos to the Denver licensing commission, much appreciated.

BEWARE OF THE VERY MISLEADING PARKING RATES HERE!!! I was parked in the garage on a Wednesday night for less than 24 hours and was charged a whopping $45! The daily max rate is posted as $20 - which is easy to interpret as if you are parked there for less than a 24 hour period, you are charged $20. That is not the case at all. You are charged for leaving your car there within any window of time posted on the column (i.e. daily rate + nightly rate + daily rate again + tax in my case). I reached out to customer service about how misleading this is and was pretty much told that its my fault for not interpreting their cryptic parking rates the way they want. The parking was fine, but I cant justify any more than one star because I feel like customers are taken advantage of here.
