Metropolis Parking

Absolutely awful, if there was a way to leave a negative rating I would. I have CO Disabled Veteran plates on my vehicle and the camera read the DV as part of my license number. I spent an hour trying to load the app, and finally had the customer service rep load it for me insisting that DV is part of my license number despite my explanations to the contrary. The second time I parked, I received no notification except a letter in the mail with a violation being assessed for $30. Attempts to resolve via customer service were unsuccessful and verged on the patronizing. Avoid using this parking company whenever possible!

This is not a city parking garage. It is not free on the weekends. Look up Boulder City garages and this one will not be listed. Know before parking.

Metropolis Parking is a predatory business, in case you didnt notice like I didnt, as of October 2023 they operate the lots around Pearl st. Not only did they change the free periods, but the fares are higher and they will send you a $30 violation for not signing up for their app with in 10 minutes of leaving. I spent 15 minutes in the garage trying to sign up with their app before I left out of frustration and found parking elsewhere. I subsequently received a surprise 30$ fine in the mail. If you google this company they run the same scam in cities all over the US.
