1900 Grant St Garage

This parking place is sketchy! We parked here for dinner around the corner. When we returned to get our vehicle, the only way to get in the building was to call a number that is not answered or takes minutes to get in contact with a representative. Then, you get a code that is listed NOWHERE on the ticket or anywhere on the building. We stood out in the cold until someone answered. The sign says its $8 for evening rate after 6 p.m. (we parked at 6:50 p.m.) and we were charged $16 when we checked out.

Half of the spots are closed due to the building having constant pipe breakages, and stairwell to lower level is ALWAYS filled with needles and left over drug items used by homeless people. I would not recommend this facility for parking.

Many garage spaces are always closed because of pipe breakages. The hallway to the lower level is always filled with left over needles and drug leftovers from homeless people getting high. I would not recommend this facility for parking. AVOID.

As everyone else has said, the garage is difficult to get in and out of. They seem to have fixed the doors, but their staff don't understand how spot hero works, so it can take upwards of 15 minutes just to exit the garage. It's slightly cheaper than other lots in the area, but absolutely not worth the trouble.

Our car was broken into at this parking garage. The doors never open, we have to wait for an attendant to answer which can take some time. For how expensive the monthly parking spot is ($135!), it is very disappointing. Would not recommend.
