Sweeny Painting & Decorating

Experienced a situation similar to Ken's. Apparently John's behavior hasn't changed. John actually did some interior painting for me. While he was good, trust me - he wasn't that good! He was to come back for some touch up, as well as to finish a custom cabinet piece that had not yet been installed when he finished the initial job. Took him 4 months to respond to my texts about the follow up work. He was to call me later that day. That was April 2021. (Now about 9 months ago.) I then left a number of phone messages asking him to just describe the steps/process he used to paint my cabinets. I wanted to be able to explain it to someone else, as it was obvious he was blowing me off. Have yet to hear from him. I really wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I know that Covid or other health issues were not involved. VERY disappointing and EXTREMELY unprofessional! Warning - this guy is the WORST. My contractor found him to paint some doors for me. He said he'd do it but then never returned my contractors phone calls (for 4 months). I got the phone number from my contractor and called Sweeny Painting and Decorating myself. he called me back in 5 days thinking it was a new job. When he realized who I was he said he'd been very busy but now had more room on his calendar. He promised to call me back early the following week. Not only did he not call now he hasn't responded to my phone calls for nearly a month. Mamma always told me a lack of courtesy is the sign of low moral character. This guy is totally non=responsive and that's certainly not courteous.
