        We needed an emergency paint color match with a non-PPG brand and James executed that to perfection. Having retired from educating, training, and co-implementing Quality practices with some thousands of colleagues over a 30+ year period I look for Effectiveness (job done right), Efficiency (with a minimum of hassle), and Empathy (regard for the customers' situations) in quality service cases. James starred in all three areas. As a non-professional customer--especially given the deadline we had--such performance takes on a "real-world" aspect! Thanks so much for this opportunity to recognize a job very well done!
