The owner of this business is a fraud! She billed our insurance for thousands of dollars of services that were not provided and I only found out after trying to transfer our care to a new facility. Now our daughter cannot get the care she needs!! The bedside manner is also deplorable!! Stay away!!! UPDATE: Since the owner wants to try to slander in me the response. Yes, we had visited a couple orthodontists, my daughter has an airway issue and not all orthodontists are capable of dealing with those well. I wanted the best care and decided to have her evaluated by a couple professionals instead of just one. As a mother that is my duty. I failed her massively by choosing this office! My daughter was only 7 years old when we started treatment with an expander, after returning multiple times for it coming loose this professional decided the best option was to literally rip it out of my daughters mouth causing gum bleeding and tell us the only way she would proceed with treatment is if we had her tonsils removed to help the mouth breathing. Against my better judgment I went ahead and did this. Two week later we moved over an hour away from this clinic and started trying to transfer care closer to our new home. Several months later (on her recommendation) we went ahead and had the expander reinstalled. I was told this was the only way care could be transferred. It wasnt. The cost of the expander was $457.14 and the braces were $2692. She was over paid by our insurance in the amount of $4058. The most recent letter stated she could keep the money because she was willing to deband and remove the brackets. MY DAUGHTER NEVER HAD BRACES!!!! Make it make sense!!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Now my poor daughter cannot get the care she care she needs!

Absolute great dentist! My teeth have never felt so clean and Ive never trusted a dentist so much even after only one visit!

I had a problem with the front desk this morning regarding my new insurance, and was ready to leave this practice for good even though we have been long time patients at this practice. I left a review stating how heartbroken I was that we were treated so poorly after years of being with this practice. I am very fearful of the dentist and was not at all looking forward to searching for a new provider. Dr. Bosshard saw the review and called me personally to explain that they have some new people in reception and promised to get them some better training. This is just one example of why we love them so much, they care so much about their patients and I have never in my life had such good care from a medical or dental provider.

This practice is so tuned in to kids. Kind, patient, and they explain everything to them. No dreading going to the dentist because it isnt an unpleasant experience and kids arent lined on adjoining tables up like they are in an assembly line like they are in some dental offices. Absolute one on one. After many years with this practice we still love them.
