We have now ordered two Pairs of recspecs here. I was nervous about doing this online, but their prices are the best. So I reached out, and the customer service is so amazing. Mr. Joseph helped us and made this process so easy and enjoyable. We will always come back for future needs!

The customer service and the quality of the glasses were phenomenal. I had a few questions after I received my goggles and their Customer Service department was so helpful. I will be buying all my sons sports glasses from Optics Outfitter!

Ordered a pair of glasses for our sons baseball season. Was under the assumption that wed have them right in time for the season to start. We waited the time that they said it would take with no glasses and no communication. We have been patient and contacted the company more than once over the last week and a half. Every time, we are told another 1-2 business days. At this rate, our son will not have his sport glasses in time for any of his remaining ballgames! We are very put off and frustrated about the delay. They told us because the lenses were complex but no other company has ever told us that about his lenses and this will have been his 5th pair.
