I came for an eye exam recently and although I found everyone very nice during my appointment... I did not recieve an accurate prescription. I ordered new glasses with the prescription I was given here and I couldn't see at a distance at all. I couldn't even read the license plates in front of me driving. I had to wear my old glasses in order to see as they were vastly better. I went to another eye doctor and had my lenses checked in the new glasses. They were accurate to the prescription given here... but the prescription was inaccurate. They gave me a new/ accurate prescription. I have now spent over $1200 total in getting one new pair of glasses due to the poor exam I received here. I had to pay for 2 eye exams and reorder the glasses in the correct prescription. Not to mention... the time it's taken to finally get a correct pair of glasses. I'm still waiting on the new pair to come in.

Everyone in the office was so nice and as a new patient I found it very welcoming. The doctor took her time to ensure the perfect fit and prescription - much more thorough than doctors I've been to previously. Pricing was clearly explained to me when booking the appointment so there were no surprises.

You can tell that Dr. Rivera's top priority is making sure that your eyes are healthy and that your prescription is as accurate as possible. She took her time to make sure she got everything right and explained it all in great detail. I've gotten the feeling from other places that the goal is to move you through the exam and onto sales ASAP-- this place stands out as the polar opposite. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new eye doctor.
