Based on other reviews it seems I had a very different experience at this place. During check in for my initial visit a woman at the front desk got snippy with me when I asked if I was able to avoid a specific service to save money. I ordered my contacts through them and they ordered the incorrect kind. When I arrived to pick them up upon realization they neglected to apologize for their mistake. Luckily, the one thing this place has going for it is the doctor was friendly and helpful and they have a parking lot. Not sure I have enough confidence in this place to trust them with my eyes though.

I am constantly impressed with the high level of care, professionalism and courtesy that I experience when I visit Associates in Eyecare. My first visit to the office occurred in 2017 when Dr. Kruger was on-call for my former ophthalmologist. I had an eye emergency on a Sunday during a holiday weekend, and Dr. Kruger offered to meet me at his office, which was closed. He addressed the problem, giving me immediate relief, and couldnt have been kinder in the process. I switched my eye care to Dr. Kruger after that and have been extremely happy with all the expert care that he has provided since that initial visit. I have also had wonderful interactions with the staff. In particular, Marla has gone above and beyond anything I could have ever expected in assisting me with various issues related to my eye care. I am extremely grateful for everything she has done.

I like Dr. Kokx, but the front desk staff sure are impolite and unprofessional over the phone
