I have several Regus offices and this office is by far one of the least well run and comfortable. The co-working space needs to be upgraded. The customer service needs to be improved. It is not enough to be "nice". They must know their products. While the area manager is ok to work with, she hands everything off to the office and does not have enough bandwidth to deal with every tenant. Compared to several other offices I use regularly, this office has a long way to go.

Great co-office space. Beautifully renovated and exceptional views if you are window side. Parking is not included which is good to know when factoring in price.

Look, Regus concept is great, for those with small businesses who don't want the expense of opening an office, this serves a purpose. I was one of those people, five years ago. Unforunately, Regus punishes loyalty; the longer you stay, the more abuse you endure. Incorrect bills almost monthly, increases in rates in the middle of a lease, double charged for wifi service, you get the picture. Every month was a surprise. And then the poor local staff has to suffer the ire of the tenants, and believe me, I wasn't the only one. Go ahead and use them, but do not stay past a year. You will regret it.

I just called to get information about "Penthouse North" and if it was a suite or the building name. The gentlemen who answered was very rude when I asked. Not what I was expecting for such a "luxurious" place.
