NRSmart purchased our office furniture including 5 very heavy desks and charged a very reasonable price for the amount of furniture we had. They were very accommodating the whole way through our transaction. I appreciate their hard work moving out our furniture during a treacherous snowstorm. The team at NRSmart was integral to helping us transition to a new office format and layout. They communicated in a clear and timely fashion. They met our deadline needs and made adjustments to our schedule when we needed it. They arrived on time, were respectful and efficient. They even went above and beyond to help us with a few extra tasks that made our move day go smoothly. The deal we struck to remove the furniture was fair and reflective of the value. We found the desk that we wanted for our home office. Todd and team were able to deliver it the next day and spent time setting it up, making sure it was level, and wiped it clean! It looks amazing in our space and will be used for many, many years!
