Great overall experience. Cynthia was very helpful in supporting our efforts to find and repair/replace the swivel mechanism on our HBF Dialogue chair. The two service men enlisted to replace the mechanism in our home were polite, called ahead, left a clean work area, and explained the repair process. We would be happy to use this business in the future.

This is a well established company that has problems in house as far as there warehouse. Toxic work environment with certain people that make the environment not a good place to work and they know who but dont do anything about it and let those people continue and do there thing so you pretty much have to put up with negativity and when you do tell them they do nothing about it. This is a women Owed company and they are in favor or women being in power even if the person is not experienced. Moved up quick here but my unqualified manger Norah (noriega) I would call her wasnt experienced and didnt know anything about warehouse management was quick to try to take my pay away when I got promoted. Theyll hold you to a standard and expect the most out of you when they have workers that stopped trying a long time ago and do the bare minimum and thats accepted. Between the workplace drama and all the politics I think this is one of the worst places Ive worked for as far a culture and taking pride in what you do. Most there workers been there a couple years plus and got lazy and entitled over the years. When I was here workers kept miss pulling and messing things up and instead of management holding them accountable like they tried to do me they came up with a idea of rewarding workers to do there job by gifting them things if they didnt miss pull.
