CU Medicine Obstetrics & Gynecology - Central Park

I have seen several providers at this location and all of them were very friendly, gave attentive care, and never rushed through your appointment. The wait time was always minimal and the facility was clean. I would highly recommend.

Someone recommended Jenny Tam so I set up an appointment to see her. When I made the appointment, I was never told the address, I was never sent any appointment confirmation, and I did not receive any appointment reminders at all (they did send me emails about filling out forms for them online, so I know they had my correct contact information). When it came time for the appointment, I searched my email for all of their clinic emails to try to find the address, but none of the emails included an address anywhere. So I googled "Jenny Tam" and went to that address, which was at Anschutz and in a busy building with difficult parking. Unfortunately, once I finally got to that clinic, it turned out she has multiple addresses, and my particular appointment was at a different clinic. I tried calling that clinic asking if I could still come to my appointment (it was about a 5-10 minute drive away), and they asked where I was. I told them I was in the clinic, and they told me the only way I could keep the appointment was by doing a telehealth appointment - in a busy, public hallway of a busy hospital. It was 100 degrees outside and there was no shaded parking, so they wanted me to have a gynological appointment on telehealth in a public hallway or in a private car over 100 degrees. It was probably the most grotesquely inappropriate thing a medical provider has ever said to me. They said if I didn't want to do telehealth, this doctor's next available appointment was over two months later - when I wouldn't even have insurance that she was covered under. They took no responsibility for the fact that they never gave me their address or clinic name, or attempted to make up for it by finding time for me to come in in a timely manner. I spent an hour and a half driving around the city, missing work, and got no accountability, no amends, and no medical care. By the way, even if you know Jenny Tam is at the "central park office", if you google "Jenny Tam Central Park", the address that comes up still isn't for the Central Park location, it's for the Anschutz location. I don't know how they expect patients to make it there when they make it so difficult to find the actual address. Extremely unprofessional lack of communication.
