        I cant say enough good things about this organization. If you have dietary restrictions due to a medical issue and a doctor to sign off on the referral form, they are very helpful. It makes it so much easier to stick to your diet, particularly when others near you are eating something you cant or shouldnt eat. Having healthy, frozen meals brought to your door each week is a huge benefit. Not only is it free and convenient, it also provides some variety.
