U-Pack

I have never used anything other than Uhaul, so I was very nervous about using a moving company. U-Pack did not disappoint! The set up was very easy, they dropped off the trailer right on time. My family packed up the trailer using less than what was quoted and I paid less than what was quoted :-) The drivers moved my trailer from Colorado to New Orleans in just 4 days! In fact, the trailer reached Louisiana before we did! The ladies in the New Orleans office were very nice and professional. I will recommend to all my family and friends who are moving across states!!

Everyone was extremely rude AFTER my stuff was picked up....when I called to check on delivery times someone kept transferring me to a even ruder person and had an attitude about answering minor questions....it felt like they were rushing me off the phone...so if I need to move again I will be weighing other options ....

Moved furniture from Denver to Knoxville Tennessee and it was the easiest move we have ever did. Both drivers were great and would recommend without hesitation.

I had a fantastic experience with UPack. Its rare that everything goes smoothly when moving but UPack delivered on time and on budget. The initial estimate call was no pressure and informative. I could track my container online and they were very responsive with pick up and drop off times. The driver who dropped off the container spent time explaining how to open and lock doors and how to pack. The second drop off driver also shared tips for scheduling pick up. Id hire UPack again without hesitation.

Proceed with caution! I hired U-Pack for my move from Houston to Denver. I also booked a crew to pack and unpack the trailer and used their recommended service, Moving Staffers. I wish Id done my research Moving Staffers has horrendous reviews and such was our experience with them. If you use U-Pack, dont use Moving Staffers.
