This is my third home and i have never had problems with a lender. Not only do I have problems with the lender but the abundance and the degree. Unfortunately i think the only resolution is to hire an attorney which i hate. It never sits well when you have to pay for other peoples errors especially when its due to lack of honesty and fair housing practice. I was told not to make a payment due to paperwork still in process on their end and that it would "mess up the numbers and delay the process further" and that my payments would not start until November 1 instead of the original plan of October 1. So I paid November 1 and was subsequently hit with a late fee for no October payment. I was told payments would not start until NOVEMBER 1st! This late payment has destroyed my credit more than 100 points and to add insult to injury they assessed a $75 charge for not making a payment that i was told not to make until November. How can this be legal let alone acceptable business practice! Consumer Warning!

Horrible bank for a loan. You are charged for making a payment. You cannot pick the date to draft money out of your account for a payment. When you use the phone to make a payment they charge you 2 dollars and if the payment is not made before the office closed its a 200.00 late fee. So in order to be on time you need to pay it three days early and not on a holiday.
