        They took over my mortgage loan and they are HORRIBLE. Extremely unprofessional, its impossible to get anything done with them.

        Automated system is horrible. I will never deal with them again. Tryin got get them to sign over my insurance check for months now. Cant get an answer. IDIOTS.

        This company is difficult to deal with. They took over the loan from another lender. They have no idea what the new loan # is. It takes multiple calls to get though to anyone and and the people that answer the phone are useless!!!
