Absolutely smooth process from beginning to end. I am a bit high-maintenance in wanting explanations in everything. She was fantastic about going through all of the documents with me and explaining to me (a first time home buyer) what they were. She helped me when we first started the process about how to get my credit score up and what debts to pay off to put us in a great position to buy a home at the right time. She watched the market and called us when it was time to lock in our rate. I really cannot speak higher of her and will absolutely be using her again in the future and sending all my friends her way!!
