Zach Deeter made everything with the purchase of my first home such an easy process! Obviously, as a first time home buyer I had plenty of questions, worries, and fears as I prepared for this endeavor. Still waiting for them to reimburse me due to their extreme failure to close based solely off of their own mistakes. Save your real estate deals and go literally anywhere else . Happy to provide proof that we used Socha Lending and their reply is an outright lie. Can email the docs. Good luck with these liars!
