John Neal helped me through the process of getting financed for my first home. It was honestly a great experience! We worked with Taylor Carlson as a first time home buyer, he made the process seamless! Taylor was incredibly helpful, answering any and all questions both as we prepared for the purchase, during the hunt itself and throughout the closing process. He made something that was overwhelming a bit less stressful! Taylor was always available to us and provided cost estimate sheets for each property that we looked at so that we could make well-informed decisions with the finances in mind. He also facilitated a close within about 25 days! I couldn't recommend him more, we received 5 star service and I'll be happily referring him to any of my friends or family looking to buy a home.
