        Mr. Bain literally saved my job and my life! I am a caregiver for a loved one who has dementia and discovered that the POA I had completed was done incorrectly and was a very serious road block to me being able to get the outside care my loved one needed. Spending almost six months trying to get a reverse mortgage to no avail Mr. Bain and his team, including the always helpful Ms.Laura Ervin were able to secure the reverse for us in just a few months and I will be forever grateful! They are so professional and empathetic during one of the hardest times of my and my loved ones life. I give more than five stars and highly recommend the Bain Team!!

        Horrible experience. Still dealing with them a year later after they sold my mortgage, didnt tell me nor my insurance company. Every second working with them was terrible. Theyre very polite though..
