Terrible place. They hire the rejects from other companies after they are let go so that they can bring in their list of customers to be spammed by them here again. The person I dealt with with the name of C.W. was a liar and cannot be trusted. They will tell you to your face one thing while doing another one behind your back. They have only their own interests in mind and will screw you over quickly to get paid.

Unfortunately, I have had very poor experiences with CrossCountry Mortgage and would highly advise against choosing this company for your mortgage. We have received inconsistent information from numerous employees when calling with a concern. When we were being overcharged, CrossCountry could not offer us a solution and overcharged us two months consecutively. They did not express much empathy when I spoke with them about how difficult it was to be overcharged, especially during considerably challenging economic times. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service, management, computer/data system, and lack of solution-focused mindset.

We have a check from our insurance company to get our home resided and it needs to be endorsed by Cross Country Mortgage. I have called numerous time and have left several messages requesting a call back and of course, I have YET to get a call back. Is it really too much to have a secretary or someone to respond in a timely manner????? I would love to hear back from someone who can at least point me in the right direction so that our contractor can get the work needed started.
