Emily helped us both buy a new house and sell our old home. Both transactions went seamlessly as Emily was on top of every milestone and box that needed to be checked along the way. She helped us craft an offer on our new home that was not the highest but was the best. Her connections and marketing also helped us get a number of over asking offers within 2 days of listing. Emily helped us through all stages of the purchase. We had never purchased a home before and she made it very easy for us; and she explained everything we needed to know in great detail. She was very easy to work with and was willing to fight for us through multiple issues in our home buying journey. At the first home we went under contract for we had issues with a legal complications at the property that we did not find out about until we had begun the process. Emily helped us find out the cause of the issues and worked with us and our broker extensively to find a way for us to purchase the house. Even though purchasing that property did not work out she helped us through the entire process. When we found the property we ended up buying there was a discrepancy with the listing including an A/C unit which was not there. Emily helped us negotiate with the seller and we ended up getting a new A/C unit at no additional cost to us. Emily was always very prompt to respond to questions or when we asked to view properties and made the home buying process less stressful and really helped us greatly along the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

I know that it seems like an endless list of relators to choose from when you decide to buy or sell a home. But when I tell you to look no further than Emily Johnson, I mean stop your search, you have found your girl! Emily is not only dedicated to helping families, friends, co-workers and you find your home, but she is just an all-around wonderful person. We were first-time home buyers coming to the table with an FHA loan and not a huge down payment in this crazy Colorado market. The odds were less than in our favor. But Emily was as determined as we were, for us to become homeowners. When we found our home, it was crunch time. We had less than a couple of hours to see the house, make a decision and submit an offer. Emily made the offer happen and with her unique Emily magic after a mere 24 hours, the sellers picked us! We found out later that there were 19 offers total and 3 at our price point. But the sellers picked us! They didn't pick us because we were handing them cash, or even a conventional loan. They picked us because of Emily's offer, cover letter and they felt confident in Emilys abilities to get this deal done. I know not all home-buyers have such an easy time purchasing a home. But I know that if you choose Emily, the process will be exponentially greater and you will have someone in your corner 100% of the time.

I cant say enough good things about Emily. She is EXACTLY what I needed. She knows this market back to front as well as how to navigate the current ups and down. I was ready to buy as quickly as possible and Emily had me in showings as soon as I was approved for my loan. I offered on two properties during my search and my offer was accepted both times. Emily knew exactly what to write to make our offer the best for both me and the seller. In both cases we were in a multiple offer situation. Not only does Emily know how to write a strong offer but she builds relationships with the other realtors, lenders, and all contacts involved and that is really what sets her apart. Additionally, she made sure that I was 100% comfortable at ALL STAGES of the buying process. Not only that but Emily is such a delight and I really loved working with her partner and assistant Paige. Buying a property is stressful but know that with Emily by your side you will be in a property soon!
