Memory is a great realtor and has so many resources available for people that are first time home buyers. When me and my wife first talked to Memory a year ago she had told us what it would take for us to get a house and to start planning/prepping for when the time was right. With every set and reconnecting back with her I can now say we are owners of our first townhouse! Thank you Memory for your support patient and guidance throughout this entire process!! I will definitely go with her again once its time for the upgrade!!!

Memory wears may hats as a realtor, she was my realtor, friend, therapist, and she always had our best interest at heart...but she also had realistic goals and conversations with us. We started out thinking we had seen so many shows that w could renovate any home, and our first couple houses were scary. But she remained positive and helped me see what potential could be possible. Against my judgement my husband wanted to see a house in bad shape but with good bones, and she really helped us see any potential and problems that may arise. She was honest, and she was positive at the same time, and despite the many obstacles in our showing (like the owner being present and following us around and the pure torment that was the inside of the house with animal smells, trash, and insecurities on my end) she shielded the owner from us. She also made him feel comfortable and intercepted so many conversations that should not have come up, allowing us to really see the potential of the home. We had so many issues and promises with our contract, however, she was able to help facilitate so many parts of it, and also push for what was fair and right. Any time we had some kind of bomb ready to explode, she was already calling with a resolution. I can tell you, this is not a "she solved problems" person. Memory went above and beyond. We had many health and safety issues with our home that the seller did not want to help with but we fought for what was right, even in the market we were in. We had siding missing from our house and our contract said "it will be done by closing." With 6 weeks it seemed reasonable, but we were a week from closing and still nothing....she was ready to hold money in escrow to rectify the situation. She counseled me, and she fought the seller, and had things completed. When our sale was completed, Memory did not stop caring. She has been a friend, she has followed up with how our house is doing. She has followed up with how WE were doing after a complete renovation. She didn't choose this life, we decided to completely gut a new home- but she did not leave us hanging. Memory has helped us in more ways than I can describe. She made sure we had resources, she made sure we were confident, and understood what was going on, and she worked with us to ensure we would close on time, with no issues. In a world of so many poor attitudes and work ethics we found a diamond in the rough. The world is rough out there, as was the market. Memory shines through and through and is proud of her work for a reason, she still loves to hear from us about our home, and she is such a great person. I trust all family and friends in her hands.

There are just too many vibrant words to describe how incredible Memory is as our realtor that it overwhelms me! She truly is with us every step of the way. She has helped us buy and sell and is helping us buy again! I cant think of a time where she hasnt been available to answer our questions, ease our fears, help explain, point us to resources and support us in every way possible. She is so patient with us and is not out to push a sale. She works nonstop & Ive told her she needs to take a well deserved vacation! She has treated my husband and I like family and thats the kind of care she shows in helping us buy a home. Having Memory by our side has been truly a blessing and we wouldnt know what to do without her guidance!
